RETURN POLICY

ArtistaTree.com accepts returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase. For certain sale items and art pieces no returns are accepted, please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All returns must be accompanied by a receipt and the packing slip that was sent with your purchase. Some items are guaranteed for a longer term, if you buy something and it breaks it may be returned or repaired, but all returns must be accompanied by a receipt regardless of the time passed since it was first purchased. Therefore we encourage all of our customers to keep all receipts associated with their ArtistaTree products.
For U.S. customers, items may be returned through the U.S. Postal service; specific instructions for returns may accompany items that require insurance or special packaging. International customers may chose a carrier of their choice to return items, but you must contact ArtistaTree if your return will not arrive before the 30 day window has passed. ArtistaTree accepts returns as long as they are postmarked no later than 30 days after purchase. Please do not sends C.O.D.s when returning items, these will not be accepted. We recommend you buy insurance for items you are returning. Any items we receive damaged or incomplete are not eligible for refunds.
The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-5 weeks for checks to be refunded and 5-10 business days for credits to cards.

While ArtistaTree makes every effor to protect you, if you do suspect your credit information has been compromised please contact your bank immediately and remember that federal law dictates that your legal liability is limited to $50 if your credit card is used without your consent. If you believe that ArtistaTree.com has billed you or charged your card incorrectly please contact us immediately.

ArtistaTree.com makes every effort to accurately depict the price and availability of our inventory. However, please understand that prices and quantity may change on a regular basis. In the event that a product is inaccurately priced, ArtistaTree reserves the right to re-charge the customer for the difference. ArtistaTree further reserves the right to cancel orders due to damage or deficiencies in our stock.

Please understand the ArtistaTree makes every effort to accurately depict our products. Size and colors are represented as detailed as possible although representation may differ depending on the settings of a particular computer monior. Please see our return policies if you are unhappy with any product you receive from us.
