RETURN POLICY
ArtistaTree accepts returns or exchanges on most items.  All jewelry must be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt and packing slip for a full refund of the price of the item (minus shipping costs).  The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment.  Please allow 5-10 business days for credit refunds and 2-5 weeks for refunds via check (ArtistaTree will always attempt to contact you within this time frame if refunds will take longer to process).  Exchanges may be made at time of return or for a company credit: all credits expire one year from the date issued.  For certain sale items and individual pieces no returns are accepted, therefore please read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

All returns must be mailed at the expense of the buyer within 30 days of purchase.  ArtistaTree mails most of its packages through the US Postal Service with insurance.  We recommend that all packages are shipped back to us using a similar method to that which it was received.  If items are returned damaged or are lost in the mail, a refund cannot be given.  If an item arrives broken or damaged it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact ArtistaTree within 30 days. 
 
If you live outside of the USA, please contact ArtistaTree within the 30 day period to inform us of a return if you believe your item will not reach us before the expiration period.  International customers may choose a carrier of their choice to return items, but you must contact ArtistaTree if your return will not arrive before the 30 day window has passed. Please do not sends C.O.D.s when returning items, these will not be accepted. We recommend you buy insurance for items you are returning.

ArtistaTree.com makes every effort to accurately depict the price and availability of our inventory. However, please understand that prices and quantity may change on a regular basis. In the event that a product is inaccurately priced, ArtistaTree reserves the right to re-charge the customer for the difference. ArtistaTree further reserves the right to cancel orders due to damage or deficiencies in our stock.

Size and colors are represented as detailed as possible although representation may differ depending on the settings of a particular computer monitor.
